African continent’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, buys a car every eight years, according to Nigerian Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, nicknamed Davido.
This was disclosed by the Omo Baba Olowo singer in a recent Forbes interview.
He discussed the friendship between his family and Dangote, noting that Chief Adedeji Adeleke, his wealthy father, is friends with the richest black person in the world.
He disclosed that each time they spoke, Dangote had always instructed him to put money aside.
Uncle Aliko [Dangote] is a totally different sort of billionaire, according to Davido. Every eight years, Uncle Aliko buys about two automobiles. He is an extremely organized and distinctive type of billionaire.
He always says the same thing to me when I meet him: “Save your money!” Nothing more is said by him but to always save your money. He and my father have always gotten along great.
Also, Dangote has done well for Nigerians living at home. He gave us several different industries. He recently inaugurated the largest plant in Africa. It is creating employment.
