The governing All Progressives Congress’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, has slammed the Labour Party’s presidential candidate in the recently ended general elections, Peter Obi, over an accusation leveled against APC.
Obi has repeatedly accused the APC and its supporters of slandering his character in connection with the suit he filed before the electoral tribunal against President-elect Bola Tinubu.
However, Felix Morka, who appeared on Arise Television on Wednesday, said the former Anambra Governor was going too far and that the accusation was ridiculous.
“Peter Obi is really overreacting; the campaigns are finished; he should relax and let his attorneys handle his issue before the tribunal; blaming the APC for targeting his personal life is ludicrous.”
“Obi has been far too sanctimonious for someone who voluntarily entered politics and ran for president.”
“He did not win the elections; he came in third place, and he has built a career out of abusing people’s vulnerabilities,” he stated.
