Samuel Animashaun Perry, well known by his stage as Broda Shaggi, received his prize at the 2023 AMVCA. Shaggi was named the winner of the ongoing event’s ‘Best Actor in a Comedy’ category.
In response to his crowning, the actor rushed to Facebook on Sunday to thank God for the honor.
He stated that earning the AMVCA award again following the 2022 edition was the result of hard effort, emphasizing that hard work pays.
“Winning this award is a reminder that hard work, consistency, dedication, and perseverance pay off,” he stated.
“Thank you Almighty God and to everyone who has supported me along the way. I’m beyond grateful and I owe it to you all.
