Israel Afeare, also known as Israel DMW, is Davido’s logistics manager and has expressed his regret to the Muslim community for the contentious video that his principal published.
Remember how Davido received criticism for posting a music video of his signee, Logos Olori, called “Jaye Lo” that showed people dancing and worshipping in an Islamic manner within a mosque.
However, Davido removed the contentious video from his social media platforms in response to criticism from the general public.
The Muslim community continued to call on Davido to provide a public apology even after the uproar.
In response to the event, Israel DMW apologized on behalf of Davido in a message on his Instagram story on Wednesday.
Israel made a plea to Muslims, claiming that the film was only an attempt at amusement that was presented incorrectly.
He said, “Let me especially apologize to my Muslim brothers and sisters for him wanting to hoist up someone, which is one of my husbands, in the video my oga uploaded.
“It was just a poorly presented entertainment endeavor. Make una not torment. I adore you all.
