SUG EDO STATE POLYTECHNIC, USEN on Tuesday 20th June, 2023 played host to officers of the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Edo State, Edo State Polytechnic Usen detachment.
The Leadership of The Student Union Government (SUG), Edo State Polytechnic, Usen ably led by Hon. Ehis Eromosele Eboh together with the union’s assistant Secretary General, Comr. Uchechukwu James and other members of the Union received officers of The Nigerian Red Cross Society, Edo State Branch, Edo State Polytechnic, Usen detachment on 20th of June, 2023 where issues in relation to the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Edo State Polytechnic, Usen detachment were meaningful discussed.
The Statesman/ Coordinator Comr. Godspower, introduced himself as well as other members present and appreciated the Union for the opportunity given to them by the president to relate with him the reason for their visit.
The Statesman Secretary, Comr. Rita appealed that the president, with the assistance of the Management provide a facility that can be called basement or an operational office where they can carry-out their day-to-day activities.
Other request made was an appeal for the provision of a first aid box to help ease their work/duties as well as full support from the Student Union Government when called upon.
After carefully listening to all their requests, the president appreciated them for making it an honour to visit him and promised to be of support to them and look into all that was said for possible way out and also brief the Management of their request.
