Harry Kane of Tottenham has been linked with a stunning transfer to Bayern Munich for more than a month. Even with the strong connectivity, no agreement has been reached as the start of the European season draws closer.
Kane is allegedly open to the transfer, although Tottenham are understandably hesitant to part ways with the club’s all-time leading scorer.
According to fresh reports on Friday, Bayern has made one last offer to Tottenham in an effort to convince the English club to part with its star player.
The current value of the German club’s Kane offer is approximately 110 million dollars. For Bayern Munich, it would be a record-breaking transfer sum. Bayern has vowed to move on to other targets if the deal is rejected in an effort to put pressure on Tottenham. They have even given Tottenham till Friday at midnight to make a decision.
Alejo Veliz, a tall Argentine striker, was most recently acquired by Tottenham for around $16.5 million from Rosario Central. Given that Kane is in the final year of his contract, the action may portend Kane’s eventual exit.
